Can I stop my SARL and set up as an entreprise inviduelle?

I stopped my SARL on April 30. Can I set up online as Enterprise Individuelle? I am sole trader working as a coach and executive search specialist, but my income exceeds the auto-entrepreneur threshold and I have expenses to set against income. My questions are:

Can I set up as an entreprise Individuelle online?
Is there a waiting period after the SARL stopped trading?
I do half of my work in the UK. Can I operate business in France through the French system, and UK business in the UK and pay tax in only one country through the reciprocal tax agreement?
Can I choose where to pay tax?
