Can I start an auto-entrepreneur with a partner?

How would you reccomend the best way to register an e-commerce start-up? I will be starting it with a personal investment of my own, but would like a partner of 20% ownership compensation because he will not be paid. Or should I forget about the partner because the benefits of auto-entrepreneur are worth it?
