My partner would like to start working for an estate agency in France. He will be showing potential buyers around properties and securing the decision of whether they would like to buy a property or not. He will be working on commission only. He will earn one percent of the price of the property. He will not be doing any legal paperwork. What business set up is best for him? Is there a naf code that specifically describes this?
