Can I set up an association and pay myself as an auto-entrepreneur?

I may have the opportunity to receive some funding from my Mairie and local school for English teaching and similar related activities. For this I will need to establish an Association which I can sort out. Will it then possible for my own Association to pay myself for teaching services as an auto-entrepreneur (or micro entreprise as the case may well be by 2015), or would it be advisable to keep this as a separate entity? I understand if this is something I need to refer to an accountant.
