Can I sell on Christmas markets?

I am thinking of selling on Christmas markets. Although we are registered as auto-entrepreneur for selling concrete garden ornaments, I might wish to sell alternative products on the Christmas markets. I have been told by a French neighbour that for Christmas markets the rules are relaxed, so would I need to declare this new product on my auto-entrepreneur registration as new part of the business, or could I simply sell and declare under the existing business? The products are completely unrelated. Thanks for all the help you’ve given me so far!
