Can I run my UK-based sole trader business remotely during short-term stays using Schengen allowance

I’ve recently moved back from France to the UK, where I am running my business as a sole trader. My business is totally online and provides tutoring and therapy service to clients worldwide.
I would still like to use my Schengen days to plan short stays of up to 3 weeks in France, but I was wondering whether it is possible to continue running my business (as long as I’m not working with French clients, or looking for any new clients in France) during such periods?
There is a lot of contradictory advice regarding this online, and I want to keep myself right. Obviously, when you run a business as a sole trader, it’s quite difficult to be totally cut off from your business.
Do I have any options at all?
