Can I print form 2042 CK PRO and send it?

I haven’t received form 2042 CK PRO in the post and I have not made a declaration before. Therefore I understand that I have to obtain a paper form from Impots and fill in and post my first declaration. Is the form 2042 CK PRO you provided the same as going to the Impots office and collecting a paper form? Can I just print the form at your link and send it in?
