Can I keep my auto-entrepreneur status with a rented shop?

In addition to setting up an online e-commerce website I am also looking at the possibility of renting a shop to sell the same items. I currently sell toys and photographs at markets. The shop may replace attendance at markets or may be run in conjunction with markets, I haven’t decided yet.
Can I keep my Auto-entrepreneur status with a rented shop or must I enter a different regime? Would the charges remain the same as those at markets, ie 12% plus 1%? Can my wife and myself work together at the shop or will it be necessary to pay additional charges? I am not sure if things like shop insurance, electricity, heating would be included in the rent but I suppose I would need to discuss this with the owner?
