Can I invoice my husband’s micro-entreprise business?

I am just about to set up under auto-entrepreneur as a freelance writer and am thinking of including APE code 8219Z (to do with document preparation and office support) as well as 6399Z and 5819Z. If that’s accepted, can I then invoice my husband’s business (micro-entreprise but not auto-entrepreneur) if I do a bit of work for him?
