Can I invest working capital in my auto entrepreneur business?

I am a registered auto entrepreneur in France and have been making returns for a year. I would like to put some working capital into my auto-entrepreneur bank account - this is money that will come from surplus funds from a UK Ltd Company, so it wouldn’t relate to any sales invoice or activity in France, it’s an investment ‘cash float’ into the auto-entrepreneur business. Can I do this? And am I able to then simply declare that money on my next Tax Return (rather than on the quarterly auto-entrepreneur returns I make)? Thank you.
