Can I get a CFE refund?

Thank you for the information on your site which has allowed me to inform the tax office that I am not eligible to pay the cotisation foncière des entreprises (CFE). I have been billed for as I am in the fourth year of auto-entrepreneur business in France. Unfortunately though, I was also billed in 2010 and 2011 and have paid those. Last years bill was 45 euros, in 2010 I paid 541 euros. Is any way that I may be able to get these payments reimbursed?
