Can I declare and pay my first declaration by the end of June?

I registered my new business on 1st Jan this year and thought I had to make my first declaration and pay social charges by the end of April. I have read on your website that there is an extended time to pay - which is great. Can I declare and pay by the end of June or do I still have to declare by the end of April and pay later?
