Can I contest Cotisation Foncière Entreprises?

I have a SARL and have just received my Avis d’imposition Cotisation Foncière des Entreprises which is much higher than the Taxe Pro I used to pay 1017€. My SARL had a low turnover in 2010 of 21,000€. I have no employees and I moved out of the shop that I was using. I kept the siège social at the same address as my brother’s business is in the same building, until I find somewhere else. The tax office sends all my correspondence to my home address so this could prove this, as well as the fact that someone else occupies the building now. Do you think that I have a case to contest the amount of my tax?
