Can I combine two different business activities in France?

I visited my local URSSAF on 14 September and completed a declaration de debut d’activite which covers activite commerciale, artisanale and liberale. I will primarily be providing office administration and support activities (NAF code 82.19), but the woman who assisted me classified this as assistance informatique. My secondary activity will be house cleaning.

Last week, I revisited URSSAF as I had received no information at all. The very helpful man did not fully understand what I intended to do and suggested that I should go to the Chambres des Metiers, to register as secretariat. However, I have no qualifications as a secretary, so is this necessary? Can I combine 2 different activities? Should I go back to URSSAF and quote the NAF code?
