Can I closed down my SARL to start an auto-entrepreneur business?

Is it possible to close down a SARL and start again as an auto-entrepreneur doing the same thing? And if on a SARL you have to have 2 shareholders, does the second shareholder have to be a conjoint collabarator if they do nothing on the business?
