Can I charge for the cost of fuel?

I am an auto-entrepreneur and I know I can not claim fuel allowance against my income to reduce tax allowance. But I have been asked by a company if I can offer my training services at a few of their sites. The km is a lot, approximately 900km per week. Can I charge for the cost of fuel to this company? If so is there a standard rate per km?
