I want to change my business in France from entreprise individuelle - régime réel to micro entreprise starting on 1 Jan 2016 because my turnover has gone down dramatically. I wrote to the tax people asking to change over, then realised that in 2015 my revenue excluding TVA is over 36,000 euros. Does this mean that I can’t be a micro entreprise in 2016? I’m a service provider (translation).
