Can I be paid via cheques-emploi when working in France?

I recently started providing soutien-scolaire, one-to-one, at my home. The child’s parent said that she could offset her tax liability by declaring the amount she pays me for her daughter’s tutoring, and so I am giving her a receipt/facture once a month. She asked if she could pay me with chèques-emploi - is that possible? I am already registered as an auto-entrepreneur as an animatrice de clubs de langue and also vente de livres (direct selling of English books). Do I have to notify URSSAF of this third (minor) activity?
