Can I be an Auto-entrepreneur with this setup

Hello,
I am a European IT developer. I own 20% of a company outside of Europe for which I also do 100% of my work. I am paid 114k Euro a year as a freelancer, not an employee. Currently, I live in Andorra with my family. My wife doesn’t work.
The payment for my services currently comes into an Andorran company and is distributed as a dividend to me and my wife.
We would like to relocate to France due to the quality of life.
My question is whether I can be an auto-entrepreneur in France and invoice my Andorran company?
As the 114k is over the limit of the auto-entrepreneur, can I invoice 70k and my wife the rest if she also sets up as an auto-entrepreneur?
