Can I add my son to my business carte vitale?

My health regime is with Caisse Primaire d’Assurance Maladie (CPAM) (CMU complementaire) and I’m divorced with two sons of 20 and 22. The 20 year old lives with me and is unemployed, the eldest is a student (boursier) and is currently with MEP (a student health regime). Do I only add the 20 year old to my health regime?
