Can I add my husband to my health cover if he works in the UK?

I’m finally ready to fill in my form to register as an auto-entrepreneur but have one last query. My husband is employed and paid (so pays tax etc.) in the UK, but works from home in France most of the time. Neither country will agree to reimburse his health care and we seem to have found ourselves in a bit of a grey area. When I fill in my auto-entrepreneur form, I know I can add my children to it, but can I also add my husband so he’s covered here?
