Can I add an activity to my auto entrepreneur business?

I have registered an auto entrepreneur business offering French to English translation services, and also english lessons. I am being approached to do:

Proof-reading occasionally
I would also like to be able to do freelance admin work if available

Can I add these activities to the business I have already set up? If so, how would I go about doing it?
