Can an ayant droit and micro-entrepreneur work together?

We will shortly (notaire permitting) become the owners of a house and attached gite in in France. We intend to operate the gite, via Air BnB and other sites, and also take on gite servicing and property gardiennage work. A number of questions arise:

  1. Can we operate this as a micro-entrepreneur business in France with one of us as the micro-entrepreneur and the other as ayant droit for carte vitale purposes?
  2. Does the ancillary gite servicing and gardiennage work cause a problem?
  3. Will the two types of work attract different rates of social contribution?
