Can an auto-entrepreneur I claim income tax back?

I am registered as an auto-entrepreneur and have been submitting my declarations on a three- monthly basis but as I haven’t earned the minimum annual amount to have to pay tax, can I claim what I have paid back - or is it only posible to do this if you declare earnings on an annual basis? I have just submitted my tax return in May. If so,is it possible to change to paying my tax on an annual basis?
