Can a micro bic business (not auto-entrepreneur) have only one client?

Could I set up as a micro bic and carry out consultancy work for only one client (who is not in France)? I know an auto-entrepreneur would not be able to do this but would an enterprise individuelle with micro bic regime be able to?
