Can a British and French business work together and share an OPCA number?

As it is too difficult for us to acquire an organismes paritaires collecteurs agréés (OPCA) number, being an English Language School located in the UK, we were wondering if the following options is possible:

To work with a business in France that is registered with the OPCA but offers a different service from ours?
To work in conjunction with a business in France that offers a similar service and is in the process of registering with the OPCA?
To work alongside a business in France that already offers English language classes and is registered with the OPCA, to offer a complementary service, e.g. speaking practice?
