Can I set up as EI under Micro enterprise regime with only one customer?
I have just moved permanently to France and will be continuing to work on a contract for services part time from home in France for a UK Company. My annual income will be around 24,000 euros. I had planned to set up as an entreprise individuelle under the auto-entrepreneur regime. I now understand from your information and other research on the web that this is not possible with only the one customer. Can I therefore set up as an entreprise individuelle under the micro enterprise regime?
I understand that a Portage Salariale company can help, but as I understand it, I would effectively be an employee of the Portage Company and they would be paying employers contributions on my behalf from the fees that I earn? This together with personal social contributions + tax, plus their commission makes this a very expensive option at around 50% of what I would earn. Would appreciate your help please to establish the best way to register.
