Can I cancel appel de cotisations?

After seeing on your site that as an auto-entrepreneur I should not be paying the appel de cotisations. I wrote to RSI telling them I was an auto-entrepreneur and they then sent another demand for payment and a letter asking for Notification d’affiliation au regime de l’auto-entrepreneur delivree par l’ussaf. I don’t have one of these, I have tried to register via the ussaf website but after entering my siret number I am redirected to the auto-entrepreneur site. How do I get the letter?
