Café business plan + turnover data

I’m in the process of making a business plan for a café with a kid-friendly element. I have 2 questions:

- could you share with me the business plan you referenced in this post: http://www.startbusinessinfrance.com/forum/answers/where-can-we-find-turnover-data-for-similar-businesses-for-abusiness-plan
- do you know where I can find some data about 1) percentage of restaurants/ cafés in Paris that are ‘kid-friendly’ 2) turnover data of this type of establishments (although I get that might not exist, so should I just consult regular cafés?)
