Business structure changes
It is my second time being a member of your forum as I joined during the early days of being an auto-entrepreneur - it is still a fantastic resource and I thank you for the efforts you make to help us anglophones!
My business (artisanat) has evolved over the last few years and I am about to take the step from EIRL to making either an SAS or SARL incorporating a colleague who has worked on CDD for me as an associate.
Could you recommend an accountant who could help us with the transition ie: valuation of the fonds de commerce and future accountancy?
I am of British origin and my colleague American, we do speak French reasonably well but would prefer a fluent English speaking accountant as this is an important step and we need to protect both of our interests.
