Business Registration for On-Line Commerce/Internet commerce

Bonjour Valerie!
May I ask you the following questions:

1. What would be the best way to register my Microentrepreneur activity regarding my online business - sales and affiliate marketing activity.

  • I’m planning to sell online products from China ( they will be shipped by them- the Chinese- directly – I will act as an intermediary (dropshipping ).
  • I’m planning to find local or European products that can be interesting for online sales – I will sell them as well.
  • I will be in both situations: I will collect the whole sales amount in some cases ( and I will pay the main supplier his commission )  but I will act as an affiliate marketer for digital products -nonphysical-  ( the situation when the supplier pays me a commission when I sell his product) . I’m planning as well to sell on Amazon and eBay.
  • I was looking at different blogs online regarding this matter and I noticed that most people mentioned for the online commerce/activity the following CODES NAF/APE (INSEE): 4791 A - “Vente a distance sur catalogue general”  and 4791 B - “ Vente a distance sur catalogue specialize”.

Is this my case? Are these the correct codes to register an ONLINE business? Or how should I do it?

2. Regarding the fact of having 2 activities: Microentrepreneur and a “Normal business” ( EURL/SASU)
My question / (curiosity / trying to understand the French system) is the following:
Let’s say I’m already an entrepreneur now, I already have a Boulangerie- as an example-  an EURL or SARL ….and in my spare time I would like to sell things on-line/on internet…what should I do…To be able to start the online business do I have to transform my actually EURL into a SASU? ..so I will be able to create the online business as well?  ( I’m just very curious? )- as I was told that only a SASU and a Microentrepreneur can coexist ...(?)

3. As a Microentrepreneur (only)  can I have a monthly salary?

4. If I have 2 businesses an online one and a physical one ( a Boulangerie for example) ….a SASU and Microentrepreneur ( working on both on the same time ) should I wait until the end of the year to be paid by dividends only? Or I can still collect a salary every month from one of these two businesses?

5. From my International bank experience, I have a very good feedback with ING bank? They are extremely easy and flexible to work with.  May I ask you: How is this bank in France? Do you recommend it?

Thank you very much!
Best regards!
