boxes to complete declaration mensuelle

My next declaration is not all zeros…. so now I am confused as to which boxes I should declare against… work is as TV director/manager not office based… I have used an e.g of 100 euros…

I have:

054 - ventes de merchandise - which I guess in nothing
510 - impot activities de vente - again zero
055 - presentation de services commercial and artisinale - taux 5.5% - put full amount earned and calculate taux owed? Say 100 euros at 5.5%....
0520 - Impot on the above - taux 1.7% - again put the 100 euros and calculate tax at 1.7%??
573 - impot on service non-commercial - zero?
576 - formation prof obligatorie - tax 0.1% - again 100 euros then calculate tax at 0.1%

Hoping I can do this online instead of paper!!
