Birth certificate translation?

I have recently spoken to RAM Haute Normandie regarding my carte vitale which I haven’t received yet. They have asked me to send a translation of my birth certificate.

The thing is, my birth certificate is in my maiden name and my business is registered in my married name from my first marriage. I am now remarried but have not taken my new husband’s name as I can’t be bothered to change my passport, driving license etc., which are in my old married name. I have added my new husband to my auto-entrepreneur application.

If I send my birth certificate in my maiden name I am worried that it will not be sufficient. Is it necessary to send my first marriage certificate, plus my new marriage certificate, plus my husband’s birth certificate just to explain the name differences? If so, and I have to have them officially translated into French, it could be expensive!

Is it possible to use a template for these documents and have them rubber stamped at the Marie, and if so do you know where I can access a template? If I have to find an official translator what is the best way to do so and how much should I expect to pay. I live in Seine Maritime, Haute Normandie.
