Billing for different activities?

I am an auto-entrepreneur and have 2 categories, the first is eboniste where I give out a facture for work completed and the other art teacher at a local art class. For the second activity do I have to give out factures for each individual at each weekly class or can I keep a register of attendance and amounts received each week or is there some other method?
