Best way/system to set up a small gite business

Hello, my husband and I are wanting to set up a small gite business (a two bedroomed property).

My husband recieves a pension from uk (he’s 55 - it’s a civil service pension) of around 19k pounds a year. We expect to earn between 12 and 15k euros a year from the gite.

We want to be integrated into the healthcare system.

We have a 10 year old son.

What are our options for registering the business?
