Best legal structure to use

Hello Valérie,

I’m looking for guidance on which legal structure is best for me to use. Key points as follows:

1. I’m a UK national, loving full time in France and have been tax resident here since June 2019.

2. I am doing business consultancy work for a UK based company on a contract basis. This is typically 3 days a week.

3. I expect to have another few clients. before 2020 is up.

4. I am currently operating as an auto-entrepreneur but will almost certainly breach the revenue limits.

5. Annual revenues are going to be circa €100,000

6. There are virtually no expenses.

So my question is….what’s the best legal structure to use?
