Best business structure for Non-French Resident

I have moved from France and am no longer tax-resident in France (I am now tax resident in another EU country).

I have a property in France that has been rented out as a furnished, co-working space since I left France but the turnover is limited to €23,000 per year because I run the property as a private person (which isn’t much because the basic running costs of the property including tax are higher than €23,000 per year).

This means: 1) I am paying out of pocket for this property which is essentially forced to run at a loss and 2) the property is capable of earning much more than €23,000 per year (the property incorporates a concept I have developed that will become part of the ‘mother/umbrella’ company I speak about below).

I am currently setting up a ‘mother/umbrella’ company in my new EU residence/country - this company will be a limited liability company of sorts and will be a property / brand / franchise company that will incorporate the income(s) of the property I have in France (rental income & income through the brand/concept I have created).

I hope my question makes sense - what is the best company to set up in this instance that does not cap my turnover at €23,000 per year and allows me to improve both the rental income and brand/concept income? And is this easy to set up as non-resident of France who visits France 1-2 times per year?

Many thanks,
