Bank account, invoicing and clients

My questions are:

  1. I completed my auto-entrepreneur registration at the beginning of July stating the start date of my business as 1st July. I haven’t received my SIRET yet. Is it possible to start invoicing before receiving SIRET?
  2. I currently have only one bank account in France, but I’m aware that I need a separate account for my auto-entrepreneur activities, do I need an additional account to start with or is it possible to have one account for now and open one a bit later?
  3. I’ve heard about the requirement of having numerous clients, for now I’m going to work online for two companies mainly which are connected, but they will be invoiced separately, I might add to the number of clients in the future but it might limited to three or four clients as it would be impossible to have more due to time restrictions, is having two, three clients sufficient?
  4. As I will be invoicing in pounds not euros, how do I mention this on invoices? Do I need to put the amount in euros? It could only be an estimate though as it depends on the conversion rate on that the particular day.
