Avis amiable for 63 euros third quarter?

I have received an avis amiable from the RSI for 60 euros plus 3 euros majorations for the third quarter 2009. My declaration for this quarter was declared on line and the resulting tax deducted from my bank account. Can anyone tell me what this other demand might be for?
