It is time for me to do my first declaration at URSSAF. I have two questions:

If I have understood correctly I only declare the turnover, not the amount from the invoices right? In that case, if I receive money now for an invoice I issued the previous year (where I had ACCRE), I will also have to pay the social contributions of the second year, not the reduced ones from the first, right?
I received my money from the US, so there were some bank fees involved. Do I declare the amount of money that arrived in my bank account or the amount that is mentioned in my invoice.
