Auto-entrepreneur with both e-commerce and services?

I am looking at starting my own business here in France and now understand the auto-entrepreneur system thanks to your website information. I am a fully trained practitioner for NZ Firstlight Flower Essences and want to sell their products and also work as a practitioner with clients on a one to one basis.
How do I set this up in terms of the e-commerce / artisan / services? Selling the products will have the higher turnover, but lower profit than the client sessions.
