Auto-entrepreneur turnover limit in 3rd year of activity?

I started a business in France in May 2012 as a profesion liberale. Can you confirm what my turnover limit would be for 2014? I know that you can go up to 34,600 euros in one of the years (including a 2,000 euros additional allowance), but I can’t remember if it’s the first year or the following ones.
