Auto-entrepreneur threshold accumulation?

I am currently working as an auto-entrepreneur teaching English and invoice my clients directly for this. I am also working as a vacataire for one of the universities (again teaching English), in this capacity they insist that I am an auto-entrepreneur and I must prove that they are not my main employer however they do pay me directly (I do not invoice them and they pay all social charges etc). Does the income that I earn with them count towards my auto-entrepreneur threshhold or is it considered separate in terms of me reaching my AE annual income threshhold?
