Auto-entrepreneur registration as an English language teacher?

I am completing the auto entrepreneur online registration form using your very helpful video. Before I submit it I just want to make sure all the information is correct.

My primary activity is English language teacher. For domaine d’activité I have selected professeurs et formateurs independants. Is this correct?
Choisissez votre acitivité. I selected formateur independant en langues. Is this OK?
In section 4, I’m unsure of what to select for sa nature. Which one would be most suitable for teaching a language?
At what point do I enter the APE code?
At what point do I add a secondary activity?
