Auto Entrepreneur quarterly taxes: Is it Income Tax or Company Tax

I am an Auto-Entrepreneur and declare my revenue every 3 months trimestre via Net Entreprises.
When I enter my 3 months revenue, I get the tax payable for that trimester. Is this income tax or company tax? If not income tax, how and when do I pay my income tax? It’s only been a year since I started my business. Appreciate your help with this.
