Auto-entrepreneur online registration form?

I am having trouble with the auto-entrepreneur online business registration in France form part 7. I have a contrat à durée déterminée (CDD) and am starting auto-entrepreneur on the side. I have selected Salarie above but am not sure of my answers for the below:

Votre regime d’assurance maladie.
Also for RSI selection below that, do I just choose one or is this determined already?
Lastly, I don’t understand the question Votre conjoint est-il couvert à titre personnel par un régime obligatoire d’assurance maladie. My husband has his own insurance, is that what they are asking?
