Auto-entrepreneur/micro-enterprise and bank account?

I read in one of your previous posts that if you are setting up as an auto-entrepreneur or under the new system starting a micro-enterprise that you have to have a separate bank account. My partner and I are about to make bookings available for our glamping site this summer but we do not yet have a French business bank account.

Is it possible to set up payments to our French private bank account and then transfer any monies/bookings we take between now and the business bank account being established once we have a business account? Or will this cause complications with our tax return?
We have also not yet registered our business as a micro-enterprise as I read in another of your posts that you have to do this within 30 days of opening (which for us is not until July 2017). Is this correct?
To further complicate things, if we open under the title of a civic activity (with the permission of the Mairie) instead of a micro-enterprise is it it possible to bypass all of this?
