Business job description for copywriter in France?

My husband and I are planning to register as auto-entrepreneur’s in France. I am a copywriter and he writes music for television production companies. Most of our clients are in the UK and we are both freelance with regular work. We have an E106 that runs out in Jan 2010. My two main questions are what job title and NAF code do we use? Can you write the wrong thing and get turned down? And do we put our existing carte vitale number in the box from our E106 or not?
