Auto-entrepreneur health cover for parents?

I have a question as far as health insurance for my parents is concerned. In the video you mention descendants and I noticed that there is also ascendants mentioned. Hopefully this question isn’t too stupid, but can I put them on my health insurance (they are British but are not eligible for British health and are 62 and 63 years old and will move to France in March from South Africa)?
