Auto-entrepreneur health cover for my husband?

My husband going to register under auto-entrepreneur but at the moment he has a carte vitale via myself as I have an E121 via pension from the UK. So would this continue or would he be issued with a carte vitale in his own right? We have a card each but the same social security number at the present time. Also we have just receive CMU due to drop in income. We do not anticipate our income exceeding the threshold of the CMU so would this continue too.
